Our on-call clinicians are available to speak to at anytime.
Our Office phone line at 8:15 am Mondays to Fridays and 9:00 am on Saturdays. Please call early to ensure your child can be seen on the same day. Your appointment can be based on availability or your provider. Please try to be on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late you might lose your appointment time, or be asked to wait while on time patients are being seen.
Most of the time but not always our clinic will accept walk-ins and sick visits. Just be patient with us as we accomodate you around our previously scheduled appointment. Due to the highly personalized nature of our service we recommend you call ahead first thing in the morning instead of walking in, if your child is sick.
To better serve you we offer extended hours on Monday evening 'till 7:00 pm, and we're open on Saturday mornings from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.
What happens if your child is sick in the middle of the night? One of our on-call clinicians will be able to provide medical advice.
We accept all major private insurances including Bluecross, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Core, Coventry, Tricare, Humana, UMR. If you don't see your
insurance listed please call our office, we probably accept it.
Prior to each visit our staff will strive
to verify your coverage and benefits. When there has been a lapse or gap in coverage we will try to notify you before the appointment whenever possible. The eligibility determination we received from your insurance company is not a guarantee of payment from them: so you as a consumer need to be up to date on your plans coverage and benefits. Copays and deductibles are due at a time of service.
